Want to work for a reputable Insurance organisation who are going through a period of business change and transformation in order to enhance their overall CX (Customer Experience) journey, with ambitious plans to grow and retain their customer base.

Before we start, the disclaimer is that this is by no means a Technical Delivery role; it is partnering and working closely with the business, with an array of key stakeholders in order to bolster their presence and ensure that they are placing the business at the forefront of the industry.

As such, Insurance and/or Financial Services experience is not essential; it would just be nice to see some experience of working on initiatives that drive customer attraction, loyalty and retention.
