Talenza has been engaged by our client to find a Senior Full stack Engineer based in the Gold Coast area. The successful candidate will take technical ownership of the core systems that power the business, helping stabilise, strengthen, and evolve the platform. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape architecture, improve system reliability, and implement long-term solutions that make a real difference to the business.

This role offers a very flexible hybrid model, with up to 4 days per week working from home. It is only open to candidates currently based in Australia with full working rights.

• Strong experience with .NET / C#, SQL / Azure SQL, and REST APIs

• Experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation

• Skilled at improving system reliability, maintainability, and scalability

• Familiarity with secure coding practices, OAuth2/OIDC, and cloud security principles

• Experience with JavaScript frontends (React or similar) desirable but not essential

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders

• Comfortable working independently in a small team, taking ownership of systems and driving improvements

• Proven ability to lead by example, mentor others, and deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions
