As a Salesforce Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a new Salesforce platform being delivered for a government agency.

The program introduces a cost-of-living initiative designed to help renters transfer the value of their existing rental bond to a new property, reducing upfront financial pressure and simplifying rental transitions. You'll work closely with developers, BAs, and delivery leads to validate functionality and ensure a secure, end-to-end user experience.

• Review business and technical requirements to identify test conditions and acceptance criteria

• Design and maintain detailed test cases, test data, and expected results

• Execute testing across functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT phases

• Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira

• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to clarify requirements and improve test coverage

• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards

• 2+ years' experience in Salesforce testing

• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce functional testing (UI, data, integrations)

• Experience with test management tools such as TestRail (highly desirable)

• Working knowledge of defect management tools such as Jira

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to work effectively within Agile delivery teams

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
