Engineering Team Lead

An opportunity to lead a high-impact engineering team building scalable, modern platform solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people development, shaping both the technical direction and the team's performance.

Working closely with Product and senior stakeholders, you will drive delivery excellence, uplift engineering standards, and create an environment where engineers can thrive and produce high-quality outcomes.

Reporting to: Senior Engineering Manager.

• Lead the design, build, and support of scalable applications with high-quality, well-tested code.
• Guide backlog prioritisation, technical planning, and incident follow-ups to ensure consistent delivery.
• Coach and develop engineers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Promote strong architectural practices, including event-driven and service-based design.
• 8+ years' experience in .NET / C# development.
• Strong API and microservices experience.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure environments.
