Tranzformd Consulting is seeking a Manager - Change & Process Transformation to join our team on an initial 6-month fixed term contract, supporting a major operating model transformation for one of our higher education clients.

This role will sit within a high-tempo transformation program focused on redesigning services, processes, and ways of working across the institution. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, program leadership, and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver change outcomes aligned to the future state operating model.

This is a hands-on consulting role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, structured problem solving, and the ability to translate strategy into practical delivery.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of the future state operating model across key functions and services.
• Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather insights, validate assumptions, and drive alignment.
• Analyse current state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future state service and process models.
• Develop change strategies, impact assessments, and transition plans aligned to program objectives.
• Work closely with program leadership to structure workstreams, track progress, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables including presentations, process maps, and decision papers.
• Support implementation activities, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a collaborative, delivery-focused team environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-8+ years' experience in management consulting, transformation, or operating model programs.
• Strong experience in change management and process or service delivery model design.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and facilitate complex workshops.
• Experience across large-scale transformation or operating model programs.
• Strong project or program management capability.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timeframes.

Desirable Experience

• Experience within higher education or public sector environments.
• Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation or university-wide programs.
• Experience with lean transformation, service design, or cost optimisation initiatives.
