Talenza has been engaged by a leading Financial Services organisation to appoint an experienced Agile Coach to support a critical phase of a large-scale enterprise transformation.
This role will work across three Scrum teams delivering strategic initiatives across ERP, CRM and Regulatory uplift. The programme is entering a pivotal stage where delivery stability, cadence discipline and production readiness are essential.
This is not transformation theatre. This is about driving real delivery maturity.
The Opportunity
You will partner with delivery leads, product owners and technical teams to embed pragmatic Agile practices that improve flow, uplift team performance and ensure stable production outcomes.
The organisation is operating in a hybrid Agile environment, and the focus is on strengthening execution - particularly across retrospectives, PI planning and cross-team alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support 3 Scrum teams across ERP, CRM and Regulatory streams
- Facilitate and uplift the quality of retrospectives, sprint planning and PI planning
- Strengthen delivery predictability and cross-team collaboration
- Support production stability and release discipline
- Partner with Delivery Leads and senior stakeholders to improve Agile maturity
- Identify and remove systemic blockers impacting delivery performance
Key Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach within complex enterprise environments
- Experience supporting multi-stream transformation programmes
- Strong facilitation capability across retros, PI planning and delivery ceremonies
- Experience working within Financial Services environments preferred
- Proven ability to balance coaching with pragmatic execution focus
