We're partnering with a Global Insurance organisation on a large scale, multi year transformation of their Claims processes in order to enhance the experience of their customers.

Being a Business Analyst in this squad is a key role and requires a high level of creative thinking and an innovative and solutions focused mindset, whilst also leaning in on proven Insurance knowledge and experience.

The role requires a solid BA toolkit, coupled with a sound understanding of the Claims lifecycle.

You will be able to question, suggest improvements and think on your feet, rather than being prescriptive in the way you operate.

As I say, this is a key role and the team are looking for someone who can raise the average!
