Talenza has partnered with an exciting SaaS company to hire a Automation and AI specialist!

We're looking for a builder, tinkerer and problem-solver who wants to get hands-on with our GTM systems, automation and AI tools to make our operations smarter, faster and more scalable.

As an AI & Automation Specialist, you'll:
* Dive into our existing GTM, CRM, and automation systems - figure out what works, what doesn't, and build better.
* Experiment with AI tools (think ChatGPT, automation APIs, workflow optimization) to make our processes smarter and faster.
* Work across the entire business (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product and Ops)
* Share your solutions across 13 portfolio companies - what you build will be used by multiple teams in AU & EU.
* Own projects end-to-end: ideate, build, test, deploy, and iterate.
* This is hands-on, maker-first and high-impact. You'll ship fast, learn fast, and see the immediate effect of your work.
