Senior Frontend Engineer

We're looking for a passionate frontend-focused software engineer to work on a range of flagship products and platforms.

Contract Length: Initial 9 months contract - view to extend - 3 years funded program.
Day rate: $1080 inclusive of super.

Role Purpose: Role Purpose: Be part of high-impact digital initiatives across our consumer product portfolio, building greenfield solutions and enhancing customer-facing applications used by millions of Australians.
Company Overview:

Location: Sydney CBD / Parramatta CBD.
Company Size: 1000+ employees.
Team: Squad of 9 - 10 Engineers.
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days in office.

Technical Experience/Environment:

• TypeScript - React + (Hooks, Babel, Webpack etc.) + NodeJS Experience UI Components.
• Experience with AWS/Azure.
• Good experience with APIs - Microservices/Restful.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain React SPAs using modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Develop reusable UI components aligned with design systems and frontend architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver features in agile squads.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs ensuring performance, security, and accessibility.
• Own end-to-end frontend delivery, contribute to code reviews, and mentor engineers.
