Join a Salesforce delivery partner supporting a major organisation within the entertainment and gaming sector. You will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to implement Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Role:
As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will:

• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document Salesforce requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices.
• Configure Salesforce across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to deliver Salesforce capabilities.

You will have:

• 4-6+ years of Salesforce functional consulting experience.
• Strong experience configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and gathering requirements.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation tools.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Consultant certifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
