An enterprise organisation undergoing large-scale transformation is seeking a delivery-focused Workforce Transition & Change Lead to shape the employee experience through complex organisational change.

This role sits within Enterprise Learning & Capability and will lead the design and rollout of a practical, structured career transition framework for impacted employees.

What You'll Do

  • Map the end-to-end employee change journey
  • Identify transition risks and emotional pain points
  • Deliver a minimum viable career transition model within 90 days
  • Activate outplacement, reskilling, talent mapping and leader enablement tools
  • Manage external vendors
  • Establish success metrics and reporting frameworks

This is not a governance-only role. We need someone pragmatic, hands-on and execution-driven who can build tangible solutions quickly.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong enterprise change experience with a people-impact focus
  • Workforce transition / restructure / redeployment experience
  • Proven delivery of practical programs and tools
  • Confidence operating across complex stakeholder environments
  • Vendor management capability
  • Experience across site closures, large-scale restructures or redeployments highly regarded.
