The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end refresh of a core accreditation platform.
This role requires a commercially astute operator who can confidently drive:
- Business case development and approval
- Structured vendor evaluation and selection
- Executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Governance and steering committee reporting
You will work closely with Digital and Technology teams but remain firmly business-facing - ensuring the selected solution aligns with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from concept through to delivery readiness
- Develop and secure approval for detailed business cases
- Drive RFP/RFT processes including vendor shortlisting and evaluation
- Manage complex stakeholder groups including senior medical professionals and academics
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence and risk management processes
- Ensure alignment between business, digital and external vendors
Key Selection Criteria
- Proven track record delivering business-led digital transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience preparing and gaining approval for complex business cases
- Strong experience running vendor evaluation and procurement processes
- Ability to operate within regulated or services environments
- Experience working within academia, health, medical or clinical settings - highly regarded
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
