The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end refresh of a core accreditation platform.

This role requires a commercially astute operator who can confidently drive:

  • Business case development and approval
  • Structured vendor evaluation and selection
  • Executive-level stakeholder engagement
  • Governance and steering committee reporting

You will work closely with Digital and Technology teams but remain firmly business-facing - ensuring the selected solution aligns with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from concept through to delivery readiness
  • Develop and secure approval for detailed business cases
  • Drive RFP/RFT processes including vendor shortlisting and evaluation
  • Manage complex stakeholder groups including senior medical professionals and academics
  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence and risk management processes
  • Ensure alignment between business, digital and external vendors

Key Selection Criteria

  • Proven track record delivering business-led digital transformation programs
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and gaining approval for complex business cases
  • Strong experience running vendor evaluation and procurement processes
  • Ability to operate within regulated or services environments
  • Experience working within academia, health, medical or clinical settings - highly regarded
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
