Talenza have been engaged by an Australian ASX listed company to find a M365 Engineer to work across a M365 uplift program of work. The successful candidate will be an experienced, hands-on senior engineer with proven experience delivering an M365 project at a similar size enterprise.

This role requires 2 days per week on the south side of Brisbane and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace solutions (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Power Platform).
• Strong capability in analysis, design, and configuration of Microsoft 365 environments.
• Deep expertise across Microsoft 365 Security and Defender suite (Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, Entra ID).
• Hands-on experience with M365 apps, PowerShell scripting, Graph API, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (SaaS, Azure, Identity, PaaS) within Microsoft ecosystems.
• Experience with enterprise Microsoft technologies including Exchange Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, Citrix, and enterprise support operations.
• Demonstrated ability to design secure solutions, improve operational effectiveness, and provide high-quality stakeholder engagement and support.
