Organisation:
We are partnering with one of Australia's leading radiology organisations to support the final stages of a critical payroll platform implementation. Operating across a large national healthcare network, this organisation delivers diagnostic imaging services through a complex enterprise technology environment.
With the program approaching a mid-May go-live, we are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to help ensure the solution is operating as intended across integrations, reporting, and downstream systems.
Much of the architecture and solution design has already been delivered. This engagement will focus on understanding the existing implementation, validating outputs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring integrations and reporting flows are functioning correctly across the environment. Supporting the program through the final stages of delivery and stabilisation.

Role:
As a Solution Architect/ Solution Designer you will:

  • Support the final implementation phase of a payroll system rollout and ensure readiness for go-live.
  • Quickly understand the existing solution architecture and validate that outputs are functioning correctly.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues, integration gaps, and reporting discrepancies across the platform.
  • Validate data outputs and reporting pipelines flowing from the payroll platform to downstream systems.
  • Work closely with technology, payroll, and delivery teams to resolve implementation issues quickly.
  • Provide technical analysis and solution support across integrations and enterprise systems.
  • Assist with remediation and solution adjustments required during the final stages of implementation.
  • Support go-live preparation and stabilisation activities across the program.

You will have:

  • Experience working as a Solution Architect, Solution Designer, or Technical Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience supporting HR or payroll system implementations including workday, SAP Success factors, Dayforce, Technology one, Oracle HCM or similar
  • Experience working with standalone payroll platforms (iChris experience highly regarded).
  • Solid understanding of integrations and reporting outputs across enterprise environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting capability to validate solution behaviour during implementation phases.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced delivery environments approaching go-live.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM or UKG Pro.
  • Experience supporting payroll go-live or system implementation programs.
  • Exposure to healthcare or enterprise-scale organisations.
