Role

As a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines supporting Salesforce development, testing, and deployment across multiple environments.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce DX-based development workflows and source-driven development practices.
• Manage repositories and branching strategies across large delivery teams.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and release managers to ensure reliable and efficient deployments.
• Automate build, testing, and release processes to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Support environment management, release governance, and deployment planning across enterprise Salesforce programs.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and continuously improve DevOps tooling and processes.

You will have

• 4-6+ years experience working within Salesforce platform environments, including DevOps, release engineering, or platform engineering.
• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and maintaining continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines tailored specifically for the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development languages, specifically Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, to effectively review code quality and troubleshoot complex deployment errors.
• Strong experience with Salesforce DX, Git-based source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Flosum, Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket Pipelines, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations across multiple environments.
• Experience defining and enforcing release promotion workflows, quality gates, and automated rollback procedures to ensure deployment reliability and minimize business disruption.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and deployment governance practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills working within Agile / Scrum delivery teams.
