Program Manager - Whole of Business Transformation

The Opportunity

Talenza is partnering with a well-established member-led organisation undertaking a significant whole-of-business transformation program.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a complex portfolio of technology and business initiatives forming part of a broader two-year transformation agenda.

This role will provide strategic leadership across multiple technology programs and associated business workstreams, ensuring alignment between technology delivery, organisational change and member outcomes.

Reporting into the executive leadership team, you will lead a team of eight SMEs across technology and delivery disciplines, coordinating multiple streams across digital, platforms and enterprise systems.

In addition to delivery oversight, a key focus of the role will be uplifting delivery capability across the organisation, embedding stronger program governance, delivery frameworks and execution discipline.

This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on program leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-stream technology and business transformation program

• Provide strategic oversight across a portfolio of digital, platform and enterprise initiatives

• Manage and mentor a team of eight business SMEs

• Establish strong program governance, reporting and executive communication frameworks

• Drive alignment between technology delivery, operational change and member experience outcomes

• Partner closely with executive stakeholders across technology, operations, finance and member services

• Uplift organisational delivery capability, frameworks and program discipline

• Ensure effective management of risk, dependencies, vendors and delivery timelines

• Support the organisation in building a sustainable delivery model beyond the transformation

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager or Transformation Lead delivering complex enterprise technology programs

• Experience leading whole-of-business transformation initiatives, not just technology delivery

• Strong background managing multiple concurrent technology streams

• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional delivery teams and SMEs

• Proven capability in establishing program governance, reporting and delivery frameworks

• Ability to operate effectively across executive, business and technology stakeholders

• Experience within member-based, not-for-profit, healthcare, education or professional association environments will be highly regarded

• Strong commercial, stakeholder and delivery leadership capability
