Business Analyst - Collections
Salary: $140,000 - $140,000 + Super
Location: Sydney - 3 days p.w

An exciting opportunity for a up and coming Business Analyst to join a fast-paced, dynamic enviroment.

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements for collections platforms.

• Work with global product and engineering teams to define Australian market requirements.

• Support the configuration and rollout of collections solutions used by lenders and financial institutions.

• Define rule-based workflows and system behaviours within collections platforms.

• Produce process maps, functional specifications, and configuration documentation.

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with operational and regulatory needs.

• Identify gaps between product capabilities and local market requirements and support enhancements.

• 3-7 years' experience as a Business Analyst.

• Background in financial services, lending, collections environments

• Experience working with collections platforms, lending systems, or debt management tools.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.

• Experience defining rule-based configurations or workflow logic.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience working with vendor or product-based platforms is highly regarded.

Salary: Up to $150k + super

Office: 3 days per week

Candidates must be based in Sydney with full work rights.
