Role: Release Analyst
Day Rate: $850 - $950 + Super
Contract Length: Initial contract until October 2026
Location: Macquarie Park/WFH Flex (mandatory 3 days p/w onsite)

We're partnering with a large organisation delivering a significant technology transformation and are seeking an experienced Release Analyst to support the coordination and delivery of platform releases.

This role will sit between engineering, DevOps and delivery teams, helping to coordinate releases, manage environments, and ensure changes move smoothly through the development lifecycle. It suits someone who understands Salesforce environments, CI/CD pipelines and the practical realities of managing releases across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage application releases across Salesforce and related platforms

  • Facilitate release planning, scheduling and deployment activities across teams

  • Triage release issues and work with engineers to resolve conflicts and blockers

  • Manage Salesforce sandbox environments and support release readiness

  • Monitor change progression through the SDLC and ensure governance processes are followed

  • Use Jira to track releases, manage dependencies and communicate status updates

  • Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

  • Work closely with engineering, QA and delivery teams to ensure smooth release cycles

About You

  • Experience coordinating application releases in complex environments

  • Understanding of Salesforce environments and sandbox management

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, change management and release governance

  • Experience using Jira for release tracking and coordination

  • Ability to triage issues, manage competing priorities and keep delivery on track

  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
