We are currently seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant who is looking to take the next step in their consulting career or explore a new direction within transformation.
This role sits within our Design Team, working closely with senior leaders and key clients to shape and deliver transformation initiatives. The work focuses on consulting design principles, helping organisations define how change should happen - from capability assessments and operating model design through to transformation strategy and implementation planning.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, working closely with clients, and helping organisations design the future of how they operate.
You may currently be a Consultant ready to step up, or a Senior Consultant looking for broader exposure across strategy, transformation, and consulting design.
Initially offered as a 6-month FTC, this role has strong potential to extend into longer-term engagements with Tranzformd.
By joining Tranzformd, you will work with leading organisations across transformation programs and strategic initiatives. Your work may include:
* Supporting capability assessments and diagnostic reviews across organisations
* Contributing to the design of future-state operating models and transformation strategies
* Working with clients to define how transformation initiatives should be structured and delivered
* Supporting implementation planning and transformation roadmaps
* Developing clear and compelling presentations and insights for senior stakeholders
* Analysing organisational processes, structures and ways of working to identify improvement opportunities
* Collaborating across teams to support strategy, implementation and transformation delivery
* Producing high-quality consulting deliverables including presentations, analysis and documentation
This role will give you exposure to a range of transformation initiatives across industries and clients.
* Consulting experience within strategy, transformation, business change or operating model design
* Experience working within a consulting firm or advisory environment is highly desirable
* Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
* Ability to develop clear and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders
* Experience supporting organisational transformation, capability assessments or operating model initiatives
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to work across multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
* Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred
