About the role

In this role, you'll design, develop, and support workflow and automation solutions that power our digital channels and back‑of‑house processes. You'll work across platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

You'll be involved in everything from architecture discussions to mentoring junior developers, helping shape scalable and reliable technology that enables great customer experiences.

What you'll do

Engineering

• Build workflow applications, automations and system integrations using UiPath, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365
• Apply solid engineering practices to deliver performant, scalable solutions
• Create reusable components and contribute to shared engineering patterns
• Review code and support junior developers
• Integrate with APIs, databases and modern data pipelines
• Maintain documentation and ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards
• Troubleshoot issues and optimise performance

Delivery

• Lead end‑to‑end solution delivery
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to turn requirements into reality
• Support continuous delivery and agile ways of working
• Align solutions with enterprise architecture
• Test, validate, and support production systems to ensure reliability and continuous improvement

What you'll bring

• Dynamics 365 CRM Integration experience (ideally in Financial Services)
• 2+ years experience in software development or scripting (C#, Python, .NET, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience with workflow automation or RPA (UiPath, Power Platform, Dynamics 365)
• Understanding of software fundamentals, design patterns, testing and version control
• Experience with APIs, SQL databases, and system integration
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in an agile environment
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with curiosity for new tools and technologies
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with cloud services & CI/CD is a plus
