Role: Systems Trainer
Hourly Rate: $100 - $120 incl. Super
Contract Length: Initial caontract until 30 Dec 26 (+ extensions)
Location: Canberra/Brisbane/Melbourne

A major national program delivering large-scale digital transformation is seeking a Systems Trainer to support training and capability uplift across a high-profile technology initiative.

Working within a dedicated Change Management team, you'll collaborate closely with the Training Manager and program stakeholders to design and deliver engaging training that drives system adoption and prepares users for new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training strategies supporting digital transformation initiatives

• Develop tailored training materials including guides, videos, and learning modules

• Coordinate and deliver training sessions both virtually and in-person

• Assess learner needs and support the full training lifecycle from planning to evaluation

• Work closely with change teams and stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption

• Track and report on training delivery, uptake, and effectiveness

About You

You're a confident trainer who can translate complex system changes into practical learning experiences. You enjoy working with stakeholders, creating engaging training content, and helping teams successfully adopt new technology.

• Experience delivering training for enterprise systems or large-scale IT programs

• Proven ability to contribute across the full training lifecycle

• Strong capability developing training materials for diverse audiences

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a complex program environment

• Understanding of Agile delivery and change management frameworks
