Role: Technical Project Manager
Day Rate: $1000 - $1100 + Super
Contract Length: Initial contract until 18 Dec 26
Location: Macquarie Park/WFH Hybrid (mandatory 3 days onsite)

Our client is delivering a large-scale transformation program and are looking for a Technical Project Manager to take ownership of the program's integration stream.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will lead the delivery of 30-40 integrations between Salesforce and core systems, working closely with internal teams, SMEs and the system integration partner. This role will play a key part in bringing structure and momentum to a critical integration workstream and ensuring integrations are delivered through to production.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can confidently operate in complex environments, provide technical direction, and keep delivery moving in a high-pressure program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of 30-40 integrations between Salesforce and internal platforms

• Manage the integration workstream across internal teams and the system integration partner

• Drive integration delivery from design through to production deployment

• Define and enforce API standards, version control and integration governance

• Coordinate technical teams across frontend, backend and integration layers

• Ensure alignment between platform builds and integration development

• Manage stakeholders across technology, delivery and business teams

• Triage delivery issues and keep the integration stream moving in a fast-paced environment

Technical Environment

• FastAPI

• Apache Airflow

• Kafka

• MuleSoft API Gateway

• API design and management (OpenAPI, version control)

• Postman for API validation and collaboration

About You

• Strong Technical Project Management or Integration Lead experience within complex transformation programs

• Proven experience delivering enterprise integrations between platforms and core systems

• Strong understanding of API-led integration architectures

• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple technical teams and external partners

• Ability to provide technical direction without being hands-on coding

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure delivery environments

• Experience within the higher education sector

• Exposure to TechnologyOne, StudyLink, or CourseLoop platforms

• Experience delivering integrations involving Salesforce ecosystems
