Talenza have been engaged by an Australian financial services organisation company to find a digital solution architect to help deliver a large DXP platform uplift. The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering a digital platform (website and content management system) uplift for a large enterpise.

This role requires 3 days per week in the Brisbane office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for digital platforms (web, mobile, APIs, DXP), translating business requirements into scalable, integrated solution designs across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Produce and maintain high-quality architecture artefacts (C4 models, logical, integration, data and deployment views), along with clear architecture decision records.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, contributing to reusable digital patterns, reference architectures and platform capabilities.
• Define and govern integration approaches, including APIs, microservices and event-driven patterns, to enable seamless interoperability across digital ecosystems and third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and delivery teams in Agile/DevOps environments to shape solution strategy, manage dependencies and maintain an architectural runway.
• Embed non-functional requirements (security, privacy, scalability, performance, reliability and cost) into digital solution designs, working closely with security and risk stakeholders.
• Provide design assurance and stakeholder engagement, conducting architecture reviews, managing vendor solutions, and communicating complex digital architectures to both technical and business audiences.
