Entry into the Talenza ‘Refer a friend’ Scheme is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions:

1. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or any form of credit note, except as set out in these terms.
2. A successful referral is any referral that has been placed by Talenza in a permanent role or contract that exceeds one month of contract work. A re[CH1] [DC2] ferral will be valid for 3 months.
3. The referral gift is a ‘Prezzee’ Gift card and is a net payment. Talenza is not responsible for any taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the referral bonus.
4. In the event that Talenza is, for any reason, unable to procure the indicated gift, we reserve the right to substitute a gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
5. The referrer will not be eligible to receive the referral gift if the referred person(s) is already on the Talenza database and/or his/her information/profile/resume has already been received by Talenza prior to the date of referral.
6. The referred person must be notified and have consented to their details being submitted to Talenza for this scheme before the date of the referral. The referrer will indemnify Talenza for any loss or claim arising out of the referrer's failure to procure such consent. Talenza is subject to the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth).
7. It is the referrer's responsibility to contact the appropriate Talenza consultant in order to claim their referral gift.
8. Candidates can only be referred to Talenza once. In the event that a candidate is referred to Talenza more than once by the same referrer and/or by other referrers, only the first referrer will be eligible for a referral gift under this scheme. Talenza reserves the right of judgement and all decisions are final.
