Timesheets

Timesheets are submitted through our timesheet portal, Xemplo. After you complete your onboarding with Xemplo, you can conveniently submit your timesheets directly from your dashboard by clicking here. (Just a quick note: you won’t need to do this if you’re using a client-specific timesheet.)

FAQs

Fortnightly Pay Cycles: Submit your timesheet by Friday afternoon each week. Approval should be completed by close of business on Monday.

Monthly Pay Cycles: Submit your timesheet by the last business day of the month. Approval should be completed by the 3rd of the following month to ensure payments are processed on the 5th.

Need to Change Your Timesheet Approver? If your approver is on leave or you’re experiencing delays, email payroll@talenza.com.au as soon as possible for assistance.

When Will I Receive My First Payslip? Your payslip (or RCTI if you have an ABN) will be issued once your first payment is processed, following our payroll schedule.

How Can I Access My Payslips? You’ll receive your payslip via email, but you can also download it anytime through our timesheet portal, Xemplo.

If you're considering a switch, contact our Contractor Care team at contractorcare@talenza.com.au.

If eligible, we’ll need to reissue your employment contract and create a new worker profile in Xemplo. Please note:

  • We only allow Pty Ltd ABNs - Sole Trader ABNs are not eligible.
  • If you have any questions, reach out to Contractor Care for guidance.
