With continued growth across their technology function, they are looking for an Acurity Developer to join their team.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an Acurity Developer to join a specialist technical support team, working across complex superannuation registry systems.

This role would suit someone currently working as an Acurity Developer or Superannuation Administrator who is keen to develop their technical skills further, getting more involved in configuration, SQL development, troubleshooting and problem-solving.

You'll be responsible for investigating and resolving technical production issues, performing root cause analysis and working closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure systems are operating effectively.

The role will also involve gathering technical requirements, developing functional specifications, supporting system changes and contributing to the ongoing improvement of registry support processes.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of technical challenges while building your expertise within the Australian superannuation technology landscape.

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years' experience within superannuation, financial services or IT managed support environments.
• Essential hands-on experience working with Acurity Registry systems.
• Experience with SQL and database programming.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with system configuration, technical support or development within Acurity.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of Australian superannuation registry systems and processes.
• Experience producing technical documentation and functional specifications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in continuous improvement.
