We are partnering with world renowned professional services firm, known for its innovation, enterprise-grade Salesforce programs, global reach/delivery network and collaborative culture. With a strong focus on delivering impact through technology, this team supports a wide range of industries from Education to Financial Services and the Public Sector. They have offices across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Salesforce Presales Architect to join the team and play a critical role in designing winning solutions and helping secure major Salesforce transformation programs.

Role:

As a Salesforce Presales Architect, you'll sit at the intersection of technology, strategy, and client engagement.

You'll work alongside sales leaders, solution teams, and global delivery experts to design Salesforce solutions that solve complex business challenges and position the organisation to win large enterprise deals.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solution shaping, storytelling, client workshops, and influencing senior stakeholders, while still staying hands-on with Salesforce architecture.

You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with global teams and contribute to large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce programs across a wide range of industries.

Responsiblities:

  • Lead Salesforce solution architecture for proposals, RFPs, and client pursuits
  • Partner with business development teams to shape winning deal strategies
  • Develop estimates, delivery approaches, and implementation strategies
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions: Core and Industry clouds
  • Facilitate client discovery workshops and architecture discussions
  • Translate business challenges into technical solution designs
  • Engage with stakeholders from business leaders to CIOs and technical teams
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce innovation and emerging capabilities
  • Help develop reusable solution assets, accelerators, and estimation models

You will have:

  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong architecture expertise across complex, multi-cloud implementations
  • Proven experience in presales, solution shaping, and client pursuits
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Cloud offerings across cloud and industry
  • Salesforce System or Application Architect certified
  • Experience responding to RFPs, proposals, and large enterprise bids
  • Strong capability in solution estimation and architecture design
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage executives and technical audiences
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and pursuit teams to secure engagement
  • Stays curious and continually evolving with the latest Salesforce capabilities and trends
