About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting high‑quality, scalable digital solutions that elevate customer experiences. Working in a collaborative, modern engineering environment, you'll help shape the future of the organisation's digital platforms using cutting‑edge tools and practices.
You will:
- Operate as a Software Engineer (.Net / C# stack in Azure) across a Digital Platform with an Operations Style lens.
- Design, build, and support robust application solutions aligned to enterprise technology strategy.
- Lead hands‑on development across Sitecore JSS and XM Cloud implementations.
- Integrate applications with enterprise systems including CRM platforms and API Management solutions.
- Partner with product, business, and tech stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant solutions.
- Lead code, design, and architecture reviews to uphold engineering excellence.
- Contribute to release planning, CI/CD, and deployment activities across Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Troubleshoot complex incidents, enhance system stability, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring while fostering a culture grounded in courage, empathy, and craftsmanship.
About You
You're an excellent communicator who thrives on solving complex problems creatively and efficiently. You likely bring a mix of the following:
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Sitecore JSS and XM Cloud, including CRM and APIM integrations.
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js and Next.js.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and release management.
- A quality‑driven mindset with strengths in performance, maintainability, and clean engineering.
- Ability to operate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery, including release coordination.
- Strong planning and estimation skills in complex, enterprise‑scale environments.
