Description
This role shapes strategy, leads enterprise-wide modernization initiatives, and ensures technology uplift aligns with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute HCM & Knowledge Systems transformation strategy
- Lead cloud, SaaS, automation, and AI-enabled platform modernisation
- Ensure operational stability, security, and compliance during change programs
- Promote Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices to improve delivery predictability
- Build and mentor high-performing, cross-functional teams
- Manage vendors and cloud service providers for value-driven outcomes
- Engage stakeholders to align transformation outcomes with enterprise priorities
About You:
- 10+ years leading large-scale technology transformations in complex, multi-site environments
- 8+ years in senior IT leadership with accountability for strategy, delivery, and governance
- Proven success building high-performing teams and driving organizational change
- Experience in HCM, Knowledge Systems, cloud platforms, automation, and SaaS
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive-level influence
Desirable: Experience in regulated industries, API/system integration, analytics/AI, and enterprise architecture.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; project/program certifications (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile/SAFe) and ITIL advanced certifications preferred.
