Project Description:
You will be supporting an Education client in enhancing their Admissions platform to improve the enrolment experience for both families and staff. The project focuses on evolving the current scholarship and admissions process into a more dynamic, lifecycle-based model allowing flexible data capture and adapting to changing family circumstances over time.
The goal is to deliver a more intuitive, scalable, and maintainable Experience Cloud solution that aligns with the school's operational needs and future growth.
Role:
As a Technical Architect, you will:
- Lead Complex Admission Forms on Experience Cloud & UI Architecture (Progressive Enrolment): Architect and build a state-driven, progressive enrolment portal using Experience Cloud and LWC with complex user flows
- Manage Advanced APEX Integrations & Document Generation:
- Architect state-driven user journeys to support dynamic, lifecycle-based admissions processes.
- Develop complex Apex integrations to extract and transform data into XML for external systems (Synergetic SIS).
- Design scalable solutions to support evolving enrolment and scholarship processes.
- Take full technical ownership, driving architecture decisions and reducing technical debt.
- Ensure high code quality through testing, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve user experience for families and staff.
- Work autonomously while guiding delivery and ensuring project outcomes are met.
You will have:
- 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Technical lead (step-up Architect).
- Prior experience working in Education sector highly advantageous
- Hands-on expertise in LWC, Apex, and complex integrations (XML/data export).
- Experience architecting solutions in experience Experience Cloud (Education Cloud highly advantageous ).
- Strong understanding of UI architecture and complex user journey design.
- Experience working with external systems integrations (e.g., SIS platforms).
- Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.
- Ability to lead, take ownership, and deliver with minimal direction.
