Description
Talenza have been engaged by an Australian ASX listed company to find a Senior Technical Lead to deliver a HR and Payroll platform implementation. The successful candidate will be an experienced, hands-on technical lead with proven experience leading an RFP and delivering a HR and Payroll platform implementation at a similar size enterprise.
This role requires 4 days per week in the Brisbane office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience leading RFP processes, including end-to-end delivery for HR and payroll platform implementations, vendor evaluation, and selection
- Strong track record of leading end-to-end technical delivery across the full implementation lifecycle (discovery, design, build, integration, testing, and go-live)
- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise HR and payroll systems, with a solid understanding of payroll complexity, compliance, and integrations
- Demonstrated technical leadership and stakeholder management, working across business teams, vendors, and system integrators
- Solution design experience (desirable), including architecture, integrations, and data flows
- Experience within the Australian financial services sector (desirable), with awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Exposure to the Chris21 payroll system (desirable), including configuration or integration experience
