Power App Developer

Key responsibilities
You'll play a key role in designing and delivering low-code solutions across a complex enterprise environment, working closely with stakeholders to modernise internal processes.

• Design and build Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to support core business workflows
• Implement Dataverse as a centralised data platform
• Develop Power Automate flows for workflow automation, validation, and notifications
• Support migration of legacy data sources into a modern data environment
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality throughout solution delivery
• Apply appropriate security models, access controls, and governance standards
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on solutions
• Produce clear documentation across solution design, configuration, and support processes
• Deliver user training, handover, and post-deployment support

Skills & experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps + Power Automate)
• Experience working with Dataverse and enterprise data structures
• Proven ability to design scalable low-code solutions in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience implementing governance and security within Power Platform
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimise workflows and integrations
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
