Our Federal Government client are looking for a highly capable Electronic Records and Documents Management Specialist to join the organisation. In this role the successful candidate will provide technical support, you will be able to work collaboratively with others, be proficient in implementation, managing and retiring infrastructure (whether it be physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure) and be able to adjust quickly to new environments.

Candidates must have/or be able to obtain NV1 Clearance prior to starting this role.

Role Title: Senior Records Management Infrastructure Engineer

Contract Role Duration: 1 year initial contract - High likelihood of further extensions

Daily Pay: Competitive Market Rates.

Location: Brisbane (4000), Canberra (2601), Melbourne (3000), Sydney (2000) or Adelaide (5000). Initially for the first 6 weeks this role requires full on-site attendance, with a shift after that to be 3 days per week on site and 2 working from home

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support and technical administration for instances of OpenText Content Manager and supporting suite, IDOL content indexing, and Kiteworks.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues and contribute to the resolution of incidents
• Plan, test, and execute patching and upgrade activities to ensure compliance with security and regulatory policies and deliver system enhancements
• Write and review documentation and standard operating procedures

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of EDRMS platforms and integrations
• Bachelor's Degree in either Computer Science, Cloud Computing, Mathematics, Computer Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Strong capabilities in Availability and Capacity Management; IT Infrastructure; Problem Management; Programming & Software Development; Systems Design; and Systems Installation and Removal.
