We are currently seeking a highly capable Senior Consultant soon to be Manager with a strong background in technology, strategy & transformation, ideally with Big 4 consulting experience, to support a critical engagement with one of our key clients. This Brisbane-based role will initially focus on supporting a client through a data-driven technology transformation, requiring someone who is both technically savvy and confident operating in a Business Analyst capacity. You will play a key role in bridging business and technology, ensuring data-led insights inform decision-making and delivery outcomes. This will likely extend and could end in a long term engagement with Tranzformd. Initially a 6 month FTC role, someone needs to be based in Brisbane 3 days in office.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for someone who can navigate both technical and business landscapes, working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable outcomes within a complex enterprise environment.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather, define, and document requirements across a data and technology transformation program
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, acting as the bridge between delivery teams and stakeholders
• Support data-driven decision making through analysis of datasets, ensuring insights are aligned to transformation objectives
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned to business goals
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements sessions to drive clarity and alignment
• Assist in shaping and validating solution designs, ensuring they meet both business and technical needs
• Support delivery by tracking requirements, managing dependencies, and contributing to overall program coordination
• Develop clear and structured documentation including user stories, process flows, and business requirements
• Contribute to stakeholder communications, including presentations and updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
• Work across both strategic and delivery-focused activities, balancing hands-on BA work with broader transformation support

Required Qualifications:

• Proven consulting experience, ideally with one of the Big 4 (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
• Strong background in Business Process, data, or Organisation Transformation
• Demonstrated experience in technology transformation and/or rationalisation in complex organisations
• Excellent analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets (advanced Excel required)
• Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to structure a narrative and create executive-level presentations
• Experience in future-state process design and operating model development
• Ability to quickly digest and simplify complex information into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in future-state process design and operating model development
