Test Analyst - HiAffinity | 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Location: Melbourne - South East Suburbs (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to $120,000 + Super

An opportunity exists for an experienced Test Analyst to join a high-performing technology team on an initial 12-month maximum-term contract (with potential extension).

You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing a critical billing platform, ensuring system reliability through effective testing practices. A strong focus will be on regression testing and maintaining a robust test suite to support ongoing system changes.

• Maintain and execute regression test suites for a core billing application
• Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
• Validate system performance and ensure high-quality releases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks

You are a detail-oriented and proactive Test Analyst with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in software testing or a similar role
• Strong experience with HiAffinity (Hansen) - highly desirable
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies (e.g., Agile, V-Model)
• Experience writing detailed test cases and scenarios
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to have:

• Experience within the utilities or billing domain
• ISTQB certification (CTFL, CTFL-AT, CTAL-TA)
• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
