We're working with a large, enterprise organisation delivering critical customer platforms at scale, and they're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their growing team.

This role will see you working across project delivery, platform enhancement, and BAU, helping to design and deliver robust Salesforce solutions in a complex, multi-team environment.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and building custom Salesforce solutions across Lightning, Apex, Visualforce and Flows
• Delivering enhancements, micro-projects, and platform improvements
• Supporting a business-critical CRM platform, including incident resolution and ongoing optimisation
• Collaborating with architects, tech leads, and cross-functional teams on solution design
• Developing and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Participating in code reviews, peer reviews, and best practice uplift
• Supporting deployments and release activities across multiple environments
• Driving continuous improvement across DevOps, standards, and processes

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on capability with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components / Aura
• Visualforce
• Salesforce Flows
• Experience delivering integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and architecture principles
• Ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical teams
