An opportunity is available for an mid level Business Analyst to join a product-aligned Transaction Banking team, supporting enhancements across business transactions, savings & investment, and term products.

You'll work closely with Product Owners to translate strategic goals into clear requirements and drive delivery outcomes. This is an end-to-end BA role, supporting initiatives from discovery through to implementation, including collaboration with technology and migration teams.

• Elicit and document business and system requirements
• Develop user stories, process maps (As-Is/To-Be), and delivery artefacts
• Support testing, training, and implementation
• Engage stakeholders across business and technology
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Contribute to process improvements and solution design

• Proven Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of banking products (transaction, savings, investments preferred)
• Experience delivering change in Agile and Waterfall environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage end-to-end BA delivery
• Comfortable working with technology teams (technical awareness required)

• 12-month contract (minimum)
• $650-$750 + super per day
• Sydney location - 2 days p.w office required
• 2-stage interview process
