Integration Developer - 6 Month Contract

• Brisbane Based (hybrid)
• $900 - $950 / day including Super
• Initial 6 Month Contract (potential extension)

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Integration Developer to join a fast-paced and collaborative technology environment, delivering modern cloud-based integration solutions across enterprise systems.

This role is suited to a technically strong developer who enjoys solving complex integration challenges while working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable outcomes.

The Opportunity

You'll be part of a dedicated integration team responsible for designing, building, and supporting critical system integrations across the organisation.

This is a hands-on role where you'll:

• Build and enhance integration solutions using Microsoft technologies
• Work across cloud-native services to enable seamless system connectivity
• Contribute to solution design and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using C# and .NET
• Work with Azure integration services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Functions
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs using JSON
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with strong diagnostic capability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Ensure solutions align with SDLC practices and organisational standards

Tech Environment

• Microsoft Stack: .NET 6+, C#, Visual Studio, WCF
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, APIM, Web Apps, Blob)
• Integration: REST, JSON, API Management
• Tools: Git/Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jira
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps (Octopus Deploy / TeamCity - desirable)

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Integration Developer in enterprise environments
• Strong development skills in C# and .NET (preferably .NET 6+)
• Hands-on experience with Azure integration services
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API testing practices
• Experience with source control and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Octopus Deploy or TeamCity
• Exposure to modern integration patterns and industry best practices
• Awareness of emerging trends in cloud and integration technologies
