We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing team delivering a major data migration initiative within the banking domain.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale program focused on the migration of customer and account data, with a strong emphasis on business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivery outcomes.

As a Senior BA, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering business requirements across a complex migration program. You'll work closely with both business and technology teams to ensure solutions are well-defined, aligned to objectives, and delivered effectively.

• Lead business analysis activities across a large-scale data migration initiative
• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology
• Support the translation of business needs into clear, actionable solutions
• Contribute to process design and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts across the delivery lifecycle
• Support implementation and ensure successful delivery outcomes

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Background in banking is a must
• Experience working on customer data migration programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
