Organisation:
Join a leading healthcare organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across the business. You'll be part of a structured, enterprise program focused on improving financial systems, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Project Description:
You will support a large-scale D365 Finance & Operations implementation, migrating critical financial and operational data from legacy systems into a modern ERP platform.
The program is focused on ensuring high-quality, reconciled, and business-approved data is available from day one-supporting testing, cutover, and long-term reporting capability.
Role:
As a Data Migration Analyst, you will:
- Analyse source and target data to identify gaps, issues, and migration risks
- Define and maintain source-to-target data mappings with business stakeholders
- Profile, cleanse, and prepare data for migration
- Support and execute data migration loads into D365 F&O
- Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support migration cycles, rehearsals, cutover, and go-live activities
- Track, document, and report data issues, risks, and progress
- Work closely with SMEs, delivery teams, and system integrators
You will have:
- Experience delivering data migration within ERP or finance system programs
- Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
- Experience creating source-to-target mappings
- Hands-on experience with data profiling, cleansing, and validation
- Experience supporting or executing migration loads
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server, SSIS, or similar tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Exposure to healthcare or regulated environments
- Experience working with system integrators
- Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
