Talenza are partnering with the Transformation Group to hire 6 Developers for their new client on a 9 Month FTC starting in June. They're entering an exciting phase of growth and technology evolution. With a strong foundation already in place, including a cohort of developers who have been upskilled across legacy systems, the business is now investing heavily in modernising its technical landscape.

About the Role

You'll be joining a growing engineering function focused on delivering key transformation initiatives across the business. The role will give you exposure to both modern and legacy environments, with a focus on uplifting capability and driving innovation.
Key projects include:

• Migration of the existing payment platform to Stripe
• Contributing to an innovation and automation program, including AI-driven initiatives and data upgrades
• Supporting broader transformation efforts such as warehouse optimisation, HR platform improvements, and dashboard development ("wayfinding")

This role would suit someone who enjoys working across a variety of projects and wants to play a hands-on role in modernising systems and processes.
Skills & Experience

• .NET (non-negotiable)
• Angular (React, Vue or other modern JavaScript frameworks also considered)
• Azure Functions and/or AWS Lambda experience
• Relational database experience
• Git and CI/CD pipeline experience
• 4-8 years of commercial development experience
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in modernisation, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI)
