The Role

An opportunity exists for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a high-impact internal communications and digital services team. You'll be working on the evolution and modernisation of a core workflow management platform that supports enterprise-wide communication and operational processes.

This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on engineering, building scalable solutions, and improving existing systems in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications supporting internal communications and workflow management systems
• Modernise and enhance legacy components using a cloud-first approach
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using .NET
• Develop responsive and performant front-end interfaces using React
• Work within AWS environments to deploy, manage, and optimise applications
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and automation of delivery processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UX, and infrastructure
• Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and system reliability
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and developer experience

Technical Skills & Experience

• Expertise in .NET / C# backend development
• Strong proficiency in React (or similar modern JavaScript frameworks)
• Experience working with AWS cloud services
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working on workflow systems or internal enterprise platforms (desirable)
• Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and system integration
• Experience working in agile delivery environments

Additional Information

• 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension (up to 24 months total)
