We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join a growing programme of work focused on data flows, system integration, and the handling of personal information across key business systems.

You'll play a critical role in mapping and improving data movement across platforms, ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection requirements, and helping teams better understand how personal information is used, stored, and governed.

• Map and document end-to-end data flows across systems and processes
• Work closely with technical teams to support data integration and transformation work
• Identify and document personal data usage across business processes
• Support privacy, GDPR / data protection, and compliance requirements
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Produce clear, structured documentation (process maps, data flows, requirements)

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
• Strong understanding of data flows, data mapping, or data lineage
• Experience working with personal information / PII
• Familiarity with data privacy or regulatory environments (e.g. GDPR, Privacy Act)
• Ability to work across both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Experience with data platforms, ETL processes, or integration projects
• Insurance, financial services, or regulated industry background
• Agile delivery experience
