Role:

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you'll be responsible for designing user-focused, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role blends functional design, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on configuration. You'll act as a trusted advisor helping clients adopt best practices, drive user adoption, and shape future-state experiences.

You'll work across both AMS and project delivery, collaborating with architects, developers, SMEs, and change managers to translate business needs into functional solutions.

You will:

  • Advise clients on "what's possible" using out-of-the-box Salesforce features
  • Design capability maps, business process flows, user journeys, and wireframes
  • Gather and prioritise business requirements and user stories with SMEs
  • Configure Salesforce functionality aligned with best practices
  • Run demos, build prototypes, and lead functional workshops
  • Conduct unit testing and support quality assurance
  • Support change teams to drive adoption and enablement

You will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in Salesforce platform implementation and configuration
  • Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience designing customer journeys and business process flows
  • Passion for user-centric design and business transformation
  • Consulting background preferred
  • Australian Citizenship required
  • Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous
