Within this capability, the Salesforce Technical Architect team plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise-grade solutions that help clients realise the full potential of the Salesforce platform.

Role:

As an Associate Director - Salesforce Technical Architect, you will lead the technical design authority and governance across large-scale Salesforce programs and support with presales activity. You will ensure solutions are engineered to enterprise standards, while guiding development teams and driving best-practice delivery across the full lifecycle.

You will act as the bridge between architecture strategy and hands-on delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, integration, data, and DevOps.

• Own end-to-end technical architecture across Salesforce and integrated systems
• Govern engineering standards, code quality, and development best practices
• Oversee technical delivery across development, testing, and release cycles
• Lead architectural decisions across performance, scalability, security, and data integrity
• Design and drive DevOps and CI/CD frameworks for consistent, high-quality releases
• Own integration architecture across enterprise platforms (API-led, middleware, event-driven)
• Oversee data migration strategy, data quality, and platform integrity
• Partner with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure alignment between business and technical design
• Identify technical risks, debt, and remediation strategies across programs
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring engineers and uplifting engineering capability across the practice

You will have:

• 3 + years a Salesforce Technical Architect within enterprise-scale environments across Public Sector, Education or Financial services
• Strong background in hands-on engineering across Apex, LWC, integrations, and platform architecture
• Proven experience governing large-scale Salesforce delivery across multiple streams
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns, integration frameworks, and data design
• Strong experience with DevOps, CI/CD (SFDX, Git, Copado/Gearset), and release management
• Experience designing and delivering complex integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware platforms)
• Exposure to DataOps, testing frameworks, and scalable deployment strategies
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience mentoring development teams and driving engineering best practices
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect (
• Australian Citizenship required
• Baseline Clearance highly advantageous
