Solution Architect

Talenza is partnering with a leading ASX-listed healthcare organisation to recruit a Solutions Architect.

The Solution Architect will design and deliver end-to-end technology solutions with a strong focus on integration, while applying broad architectural expertise across data, CRM, cloud, and orchestration platforms. As part of a relatively new architecture team, this role will also help shape standards, practices, and direction as the function continues to mature.

Company: Healthcare (ASX Top 50).
Team: ~6 Architects, reporting into Head of Architecture.
Location: Sydney | Hybrid (3 days in office).
Day Rate: $1200 p/d +GST or inclusive of super - 6 - 12 months initial contract with a view to extend

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business objectives across complex, multi-system environments
• Drive integration architecture and implementation across data, applications, cloud, and related technologies
• Define and uphold integration patterns, best practices, and governance to ensure scalable and secure solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams, providing architectural oversight and contributing to technology selection and roadmap planning.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Solution or Integration Architect with broad solution design exposure across enterprise environments
• Hands-on expertise with integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft) and strong knowledge of integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, microservices)
• Experience designing across multiple domains including data, CRM, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and orchestration/automation tools, with a generalist architecture approach
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with exposure to hybrid/multi-cloud, security, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
