We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation to engage a Senior Business Analyst to support large-scale transformation. This role sits within a high-performing team focused on improving efficiency, streamlining business processes, and enhancing customer outcomes across core banking functions.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services (essential)
• Strong background in process optimisation, orchestration, or automation initiatives
• Experience working across end-to-end delivery in Agile environments
• Exposure to AI / machine learning use cases within business processes (e.g. decisioning, risk, customer operations)
• Familiarity with platforms that enable structured process execution and task coordination
• Ability to bridge business and technology, translating complex requirements into clear outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven change
• Understanding of data, APIs, or system integrations
