About the Role
We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation to engage a Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end execution of large-scale process transformation and operational improvement initiatives. This role sits within a high-performing change and transformation function focused on improving efficiency, modernising core banking operations, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across business and technology streams
  • Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across cross-functional teams
  • Drive execution of process optimisation, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives within banking operations
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery success
  • Oversee delivery across workflow, case management, and operational change initiatives
  • Facilitate governance, steering committees, and senior stakeholder reporting
  • Manage risks, issues, and change impacts to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  • Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements within banking

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role within financial services (essential)
  • Strong background delivering process improvement, operational change, or transformation programs
  • Experience leading end-to-end delivery in Agile or hybrid environments
  • Strong understanding of workflow-driven or process-led environments
  • Experience delivering initiatives involving automation or AI-enabled capabilities highly regarded
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior business and technology partners
  • Strong governance, planning, and delivery execution capability

Nice to Have

  • Experience in payments, lending, or customer operations environments
  • Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven change programs
  • Understanding of data, integration, or platform delivery environments
