Talenza have been engaged by a global ASX listed financial services organisation to find a Solution Architect to produce high level designs across a broad range of projects. The successful candidate will be a senior, hands-on Solution Architect with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

This role is onsite in the Brisbane CBD office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane full working rights.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years in an architecture focused role (solution or software), producing high level designs within a mid-size enterprise
• Experience designing and architecting applications hosted in AWS. (AWS certifications are advantageous but not required).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes, with the ability to provide technical leadership grounded in a software engineering perspective.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance to an engineering function across a broad range of concurrent projects, producing high-level designs and influencing direction at a senior stakeholder level.
• Comfortable engaging with heads of architecture and integration leads to drive architectural change.
• A solid understanding of security principles and the ability to embed security considerations into architectural designs across both application and data layers.
• A background in software engineering with.NET or Java backend, React frontend is desirable, but not essential.
