Organisation:
Join a leading healthcare organisation undergoing a major enterprise transformation, implementing Workday across core HR and Recruitment & Onboarding functions. You'll be part of a structured program focused on improving people data quality, reducing migration risks, and enabling trusted reporting and operational capability from day one.

Project Description:

You will support a large-scale Workday implementation, migrating critical HR and recruitment data from legacy platforms into Workday Core HCM and Recruitment & Onboarding modules.

The program is focused on ensuring accurate, reconciled, and business-approved data is available across testing, migration rehearsals, cutover, and go-live activities-supporting long-term workforce and reporting capability.

Role:
As a Data Migration Analyst, you will:

  • Analyse source and target data to identify gaps, issues, and migration risks
  • Prepare and maintain source-to-target data mappings with business stakeholders
  • Profile, cleanse, and prepare HR and recruitment data for migration
  • Support and execute migration load into Workday
  • Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Support migration cycles, rehearsals, cutover, and go-live activities
  • Track, document, and report migration issues, risks, and progress
  • Work closely with SMEs, delivery teams, developers, testers, and system integrators

You will have:

  • Experience delivering data migration activities within enterprise HR, HCM, or ERP programs
  • Strong data analysis skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience creating and managing source-to-target data mappings
  • Hands-on experience with data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation
  • Experience supporting or executing migration loads within structured project environments
  • Proficiency using MS SQL Server, SSIS, or similar migration tools
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Workday Core HCM and/or Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Exposure to healthcare or large regulated enterprise environments
  • Experience working alongside systems integrators
  • Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
  • Experience supporting migration rehearsals, cutover, or go-live activities
